RESEARCH & INSIGHTS

We conducted comprehensive research, including customer journey mapping, persona development, SWOT analysis, and a detailed review of marketing channels and competitor activity. This research was supplemented with stakeholder interviews and customer/non-customer surveys, providing valuable insights into the needs and preferences of our target audience.

IMPLEMENTING KEY LEARNINGS

Our findings highlighted key areas for improvement: we’ve refined &Dine’s website content to better highlight key USPs and optimise navigation for a smoother user experience. We’re also focusing on improving post-purchase engagement and simplifying the ordering process to reduce friction and enhance customer satisfaction.

TARGETED OUTREACH

To grow &Dine’s client base, we’ve built a targeted list of 1,000 London offices, identifying key contacts such as office managers, CEOs, and MDs. We then launched and monitored a cold email campaign designed to generate leads and increase awareness of &Dine’s offerings.

We’ve reviewed and optimised HubSpot to improve workflows, email sequences, and channel integrations. These ajustments ensure efficient lead management and nurturing and allow us to turn prospects into loyal &Dine clients.

CONTENT & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

CONTENT MARKETING

We’ve developed a multi-channel content plan to engage audiences across platforms, including social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and video content. We've run targeted campaigns around seasonal events like Christmas, Diwali, Black History Month, and Thanksgiving, showcasing caterers specialising in cuisine for these occasions. This drives awareness while highlighting the diversity of &Dine’s offerings.

PAID ADVERTISING

Through targeted paid advertising campaigns, we've effectively increased &Dine's visibility across key platforms, driving traffic to their website and boosting enquiries.
